Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Vibéa. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to  support@vibéa.com  before the cancellation period has expired.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to Make a Return (Change of Mind)

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@vibéa.com with your order number to let us know you wish to cancel your order. We will provide you with our UK return address and any necessary instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Please return the item in its original, saleable condition and with all original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Please send the item to the UK address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item at our UK returns address and have inspected it, we will process your refund.

Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will include the cost of the original standard delivery fee paid at the time of purchase.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible at support@vibéa.com.
  2. Please provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the fault or issue.
  3. Do not send the item back unless we specifically request it. Based on the evidence you provide, we will arrange for a full refund (including all delivery costs) or send you a free replacement.

Exceptions

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to the following kinds of products:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, or swimwear).

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.
